STORE MANAGER
On behalf of an esteemed customer, Luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Capri STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / CAPRI
Responsibilities:
* Team Management ( Approx 3-4 SA)
* Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
* Build a strong customer experience
* Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
* Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
* Outstanding clienteling skills, with the ability to develop and nurture a high-value client portfolio.
* A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for driving business growth, creating in-store events
* Produce reports and specific analysis The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and
experience:
* Fluent spoken English and Italian
* Knowledge of LOCAL network
* At least 5 years in managerial role for LUXURY Brands
* Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
* Passionate about luxury/fashion
* Business driven and detailed oriented
