Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Business & Commercial Law Paralegal based in Italy for a fully remote role supporting a U.S. law firm across corporate, transactional, and commercial matters.
You will assist with formation, governance, contract management, due diligence, and closing processes, coordinating with U.S. attorneys and clients. A minimum of five years' relevant experience and strong drafting, research, and English communication are required.
