Field Service Engineer
EFI is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Business Unit in Comun Recente (BG), Italy.
To strengthen the EFI Reggiani Service Team within our traditional textile printing division, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer.
The ideal candidate should be based in the Bergamo area and have a strong passion for engineering, troubleshooting, and servicing complex electromechanical equipment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities This position requires extensive travel throughout Europe and to customer sites worldwide.
Provide end-to-end technical support to our global customer base.
Provide on-site technical support for our inkjet and conventional textile printers.
Support trade shows and exhibitions, including machine setup and calibration, demonstrations, and tear-down activities.
Deliver end-user training at operator level.
Provide technical feedback and recommendations to the Italian R
