Group Compliance Methodologies
We are looking for a resource who will support the team Group Compliance Methodologies & Quality Assurance within Group Compliance of Group Head Office during the maternity leave period.
The Group Compliance Methodologies & Quality Assurance unit is responsible for:
Developing and maintaining Group Compliance methodologies, standards, and operating model;
Coordinating compliance risk assessments and monitoring Group risk exposure;
Overseeing control plans and execution, compliance monitoring, and quality assurance activities;
Managing KRI and complaints reporting and analysis;
Supporting cross-functional collaboration and the evolution of the Compliance operating model;
Contributing to the enhancement of compliance IT systems and platforms.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Support the maintenance and update of Group Compliance methodologies, standards, and operating guidelines;
Monitor compliance risk exposure and prepare periodic reporting for management and relevant stakeholders;
Perform quality assurance reviews on compliance risk assessments and controls to ensure consistency and alignment to Group standards;
Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including the complaints perimeter, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas requiring attention;
Prepare regular compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
