The role is focuses on managing innovation projects,
especially funded R&D; initiatives, across the full lifecycle, from proposal development to execution, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and alignment with company strategy.

- Analyze call requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Define proposal scope aligned with business strategy.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
- Lead preparation of technical and administrative proposal content.
