We are looking for an AI Agent & Copilot Automation Developer to design, develop and deploy AI-powered agents and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure conversational topics, prompts, instructions, actions and agent workflows.
Build end-to-end business process automations using Power Automate.
Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and external enterprise systems.
Implement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse and other enterprise data sources.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and custom connectors.
Configure authentication, permissions and secure access through Microsoft Entra ID.
Test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in production environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
2+ years of experience in business process automation.
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI development . .
Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID.
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
Knowledge of Power Platform connectors, custom actions and workflow orchestration.
Familiarity with security, governance and data access management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering enterprise AI agents and automation solutions in production.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
Experience in consulting or customer-facing technology projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
