We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Services team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme . This role will be based in Milan and in Rome for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, People & Investments. We will count on you to: You will have the opportunity to work on activities related to enterprise risks for industrial companies,
providing expert advice to clients in the design, implementation, and improvement of approaches, methodologies, and tools aimed at integrating risk management into their internal processes. You will support senior colleagues in designing and implementing risk management frameworks, including:
- Gap assessment
- Roadmap development
- Risk appetite frameworks/statements
- Risk governance
- Coordination of risk assessment campaigns
- Quantitative risk analysis
- Strategic plan risk analysis
- Development of key risk indicators
- Risk cult
