About the Role
We are currently looking for a Lean Manufacturing – Plant Performance Manager . By covering this position, you will manage line performance improvement through the management and promotion of Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives for our Balvano (PZ) Plant.
Main
Responsibilities:
By covering this role, you will manage the Ferrero Operational Excellence roll-out for the Plant, acting as a true change agent with a continuous improvement mindset . You will partner with Plant referents to define plans for Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and related training sessions, and you will lead or support the execution of these activities at the local level.
One of your tasks will be to coach Plant referents on Ferrero Operational Excellence methodologies and their developments, leveraging the “train-the-trainer” concept to ensure full accountability for implementing performance improvement methodologies. You will also consolidate and report the progress of Plant initiatives , training sessions, and audits linked to Ferrero Operational Excellence. You will also be responsible for managing the Smart Factory roll-out for the Plant. By covering this role, you will work closely with Plant referents to define deployment plans for Smar
