Within this context, our Restructuring practice, is looking to strengthen its Operations capabilities by recruiting a Senior Operations Consultant . Extensive experience in addressing operational challenges, including cost-saving initiatives, manufacturing footprint rationalization, supply chain optimization (inbound and outbound), warehouse consolidation, transportation efficiency,
inventory reduction, and customer service improvement, will be key to succeeding in this role and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. Specifically, for our Milan team we are recruiting one senior resource, who will be tasked with:
- Analyzing the operational and cost performance of underperforming industrial divisions and business units, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities;
- Assessing existing operating models across manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and R&D; functions, defining recovery plans and performance impro
