Alfa Laval seeks an Operation Development Specialist for the Monza site to lead strategic projects and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will partner with factories, steer the rollout of strategy, and shape processes and management systems with data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will coach Lean Six Sigma initiatives, deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost, and help build capabilities across ALPS/LSS practices at local sites.
