Field Sales Trainer
Aira is seeking a Sales Method trainer to lead training and development for internal and regional staff, helping Sales Experts deliver a WOW customer experience in line with the Aira Sales Model. The role is field-based with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy and reports to the Group Head of Aira Sales Model; it blends classroom training with extensive in-field coaching and shadowing.
