- Production at its Talamona plant in Lombardy, Italy. The role focuses on designing, optimizing and sustaining high-efficiency manufacturing processes for turbomachinery components, with emphasis on lean principles and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with CAD tools, automate workflows, and train staff while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld in a high-volume environment. Fluency in English and Italian is expected.
