You will work in the Corporate Compliance and ESG team at our Milan office. Your Role and Responsibilities You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:
- implementation and updating of organizational models for management and control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
- design and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs;
- ESG projects, including ESG Governance, ESG Business Conduct, transformation into vantaggi corporations, ESG certifications, sustainable supply chain, and ESG training. Our Requirements You meet the profile we are looking for if you are a newly qualified lawyer with specific experience in Compliance, 231 and ESG and speak fluent English (C1 level).
