HR BUSINESS PARTNER
The HR Business Partner is a key operational partner to business managers and employees, acting as a direct bridge between business functions and the overall HR strategy. Designed for an HR professional with 3+ years of experience, this role combines hands-on execution with strong proximity to the business. You will actively shape the daily employee experience and drive the implementation of people management practices, from employee relations, compensation, and organizational change to regulatory compliance and constructive labor relations. Key Responsibilities
- Business Advisory & Culture:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and line managers within assigned functions, providing guidance on company culture, HR processes, organizational design, and team development to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Partner with managers and team members to investigate and resolve employee relations topics, promoting an inclusive environment and driving engagement initiatives.
