Recruitment Consultant-Stage Extracurriculare a Bologna
In GI GROUP SPA we are looking for resources to be included in our research and selection team for the extracurricular internship position of: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT In collaboration with our team specialized in sourcing and recruitment, you will deal with:
- Support us in personnel search and selection activities (drafting and publishing announcements, screening, phone interviews, in-person and remote interviews, etc.);
- Identification of the most effective recruitment channels;
- Active search for candidates on our databases;
- Preparation of dossiers and reporting candidates to clients;
Alongside the tutor, you will have the opportunity to deepen the main aspects related to the selection and management of personnel hired through administration. Where: Bologna or Castel Maggiore,
based on proximity to your home Duration : Extracurricular internship 6 months - from Monday to Friday 9-13/14-18 Who it is addressed to : Students/recent graduates in humanities/law or with a Master's degree in HR. Passion for human resources and motivation? Must have. What We Offer:
