Manager - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance
Prometeia, a leading European company in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is seeking a resource to join the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries active on the national territory, carrying out projects, in particular, in the following areas:
- Strategic business planning: definition of business strategies and preparation of business plans
- M&A; advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary finance operation, from market scouting to the valuation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the M&A; process to negotiation support for the conclusion of deals.
- Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations,
evaluation of sourcing solutions
MAIN TASKS
- Analysis of the operating contexts of the client companies, their historical performance, the main trends of their sector of operation and the possible evolution of their core business
- Support in the realization of economic-financial and equity projections
- Support in identifying the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance
- Support in the evaluation of the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, individual portfolios, in the context of extraordinary operations
- Drafting of doc]]>
