- Supports the implementation and stabilization of the 121 execution model by ensuring that field execution standards are consistently applied, observed and reinforced.
- The role operates primarily on the field and acts as the operational extension of RAM2, contributing to execution excellence through real on-field observation, structured coaching support, capability reinforcement, and fact-based feedback to support 121 improvements.
