YOUR ROLE As a Network Transformation Analyst Consultant , you will support leading telecom operators and senior Capgemini specialists to shape and deliver transformation programmes across the network domain. You will help clients understand how network, AI, data, processes and organisation need to evolve together, turning complex technology transformations into clear strategic choices,



actionable roadmaps and measurable business value. You will contribute to:

- Supporting clients in defining network transformation strategies and future-state roadmaps.
- Assessing network maturity and helping accelerate the adoption of autonomous and AI-enabled network operations.
- Analysing network operations, OSS environments and processes to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
- Leveraging network data and insights to support analytics, AI-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
