About the Role
Italy Pass Tours is looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media channels, create engaging content, run paid campaigns, and drive tour bookings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Relevant certificates and verifiable proof of professional experience.
- Strong portfolio featuring campaigns, Reels, TikToks, and measurable results.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including targeting, budgeting, tracking, and optimization.
- Ability to independently plan, film, edit, and publish content.
- Confidence on camera and willingness to appear in videos and participate in tours.
- Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, audience growth, lead generation, and conversions.
Strict Onsite Requirements
This is strictly an onsite position in Florence, Italy. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
- You must currently be based in Florence.
- You must be available to work onsite 5 days a week.
- You must be able to attend the interview in person in Florence.
