ABOUT THE JOB
The CIB Global Banking EMEA Investment Banking Graduate Programme is designed as a real-experience accelerator to boost your professional development.
You will join BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking through a 12-month rotational program. The program consists of two 6-month assignments: the first one in the Acquisition Finance team in Milan and the second one in an M&A; Advisory team on our European platform, based in one of our key offices.
What are the missions, the team, and the working environment like?
You will be part of a European cohort recruited from different countries and sponsored by the Global Banking EMEA Management Team.
- 6 months: you will join the Loan Capital Markets (Acquisition Finance) team in Milan,
where you will contribute to the origination, structuring and execution of event-driven (e.g. M&A;) and plain-vanilla loan-financing solutions for large and mid-size investment-grade corporates. You will be fully involved in various steps of the assigned transactions, acting as an analyst of the team. - 6 months: you will rotate within European Advisory & Sectors Group (M&A; Advisory).
