IT Infrastructure Provisioning Manager
Overview
As Infrastructure Provisioning Manager at Costa in Genoa, you drive end-to-end provisioning across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments to accelerate infrastructure transformation. You lead the provisioning function, harmonize governance and standards, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Security, and partners to ensure production-ready services. You’ll manage large-scale transformation programs and ensure smooth handovers, documentation, and readiness. This role blends hands-on infrastructure expertise with delivery leadership to impact across ship and shore operations.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate the Infrastructure Provisioning function and team to plan service delivery
- Define and improve provisioning governance, workflows, service standards, and performance indicators
- Oversee end-to-end provisioning against timelines, quality, security, and readiness criteria across datacenters and cloud environments
- Support large-scale transformation programs (cloud migrations, modernization,
platform deployments) with risk, dependency, and escalation management
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and Operations to implement designs, ensure handover, and validate readiness with vendors and partners
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years in Infrastructure Services, Delivery, Engineering or IT Operations in complex enterprises
- Experience leading infrastructure delivery and multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with vendor/partner experience
- Solid hands-on infrastructure background (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, security)
- AWS and/or Microsoft Azure experience; understanding of hybrid cloud architectures
- Influence-based leadership in matrix organizations; collaboration with Architecture, Security, Operations, PM
- Fluent English; effective in international, multicultural environments
