OTD Specialist
Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end order operations for a cluster of customers, ensuring smooth order flows from entry to delivery and supporting logistics, data maintenance, and claim processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reporting, contributing to Haier Europe’s growth objectives. The position emphasizes user-centric, Agile collaboration within a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to shape order execution and customer experience in the European market.
Responsabilità
- Manage customer end-to-end and streamline overall order flow from entry to delivery
- Handle sales condition entry and updates
- Maintain customer master data and related records
- Coordinate logistic activities including Direct Deliveries and Booking slot management
- Oversee claim management and associated credit/debit note flows
- Perform flow analysis and drive projects related to order-to-cash processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years' experience in a similar role in a modern and structured company
- Fluent Italian
- Bachelor in Economics or related field
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; also proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with BI and reporting systems; ability to create reports and presentations
- Strong team player
