Construction QC Engineer
Overview
In this role you will support construction QC management across complex energy and chemical projects. You’ll work with the Construction Quality Control Manager and technical teams to implement, monitor, and report quality deliverables, ensuring alignment with project plans. The position combines on-site engagement and international mobility, offering exposure to major international clients and initiatives in safety and quality. You will help shape quality programs, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a lower-risk, high-integrity project delivery culture.

Responsabilità
- Plan, develop and execute quality programmes per contract and quality plan
- Set up and populate completion and turnover database
- Prepare and maintain quality plans and specifications
- Maintain documentation and deployment of Wood Quality Management Systems
- Assist in quality review and approval of product/material requisitions
- Review subcontractor QMS, quality plans and ITPs for compliance
- Assist in management and analysis of Non-Conformances and corrective actions
- Support tender packages and proposals
- Attend kickoff meetings on remote and on-site to implement quality requirements
- Promote quality principles through communication, training and awareness
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
- Assist local management reviews and KPI reporting
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years of quality experience (preferably in relevant industry)
- Field experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel and be present on site
- Fluent in English
- Graduate in Engineering or technical diploma
- International mobility essential
