Technology Development Lead Engineer (d/f/m)
Overview
In this role you will advance the EICE team's use of best practices and AI-enabled methods to boost technology development. You will collaborate with universities and research centers, contribute to technology growth and competency development, and organize learning content and events. You will help translate AI capabilities into engineering value while ensuring consistent documentation and alignment with strategic initiatives. This position offers a chance to influence how cutting-edge tech drives the clean energy transition.

Responsabilità
- Author and co-author technical papers and publications
- Support adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI tools within EICE
- Promote AI literacy and capability building across EICE
- Distribute standard documentation across the organization
- Ensure alignment and consistency with Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls technology growth and innovation initiatives
- Contribute to shaping roles, competencies,
and development paths via CMS
- Organize learning content according to Technical Title Holders inputs
- Coordinate EICE learning plan and budget for spend management
- Lead internal initiatives such as all-hands meetings, technical sessions, and EICE talks and communications
Requisiti fondamentali
- Ph.D. in Engineering or equivalent with publications (or MSc with research and publication record)
- 0–3 years of industrial or post-doctoral experience in engineering, research or technology development
- Strong academic background with scientific rigor and analytical thinking
- Interest or experience in AI, Generative AI and emerging digital technologies with ability to translate into business value
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and scientific communication
