The team The HR Analyst acts as a trusted advisor in supporting Italy HR Director and the HR organization through data-driven insights, workforce analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
The position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and people-related initiatives across the Country.
Your role HR Analytics experience with HRIS platforms (e.g.,
SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM); knowledge of data visualization techniques and reporting tools.ong analytical and quantitative capabilities Familiarity with workforce planning and organizational analytics methodologies Strong presentation and reporting skills Business acumen and results orientation Analytical thinking and problem solving, attention to details and data accuracy Stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, collaboration and teamwork Continuous Improvement mindset.
