International Planning Intern
Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Supply Chain Department of the Cheese BU .
The resource, alongside the International Planning Manager, will be involved in the following activities: Support the team in managing activities, collaborating with all company functions and foreign Lactalis subsidiaries; Management of the procurement process for subsidiary orders; Analysis and monitoring of key indicators (forecast/order deviation, lead time); Preparation and management of necessary documentation for product export; Support in administrative, accounting, and commercial activities related to the management of foreign subsidiaries; Management of customer service activities,
providing support to customers and foreign subsidiaries and collaborating in managing product returns and any complaints.
REQUIRED SKILLS Degree in economics, management engineering, or a similar field of study; Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus; Determination, proactivity, and autonomy; Ability to work in a team, problem-solving, and result-oriented.
KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION Internship duration: 6 months; Workplace: Milan (MI).
