Demand and Supply Planner
Overview
In this role you will lead demand and supply planning within a global S&OP framework for the Tissue Business. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to balance capacity, cost, and delivery performance. You turn complex data into actionable plans, enabling efficient operations and strong customer outcomes. Responsabilità
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing demand forecasts from sales inputs
- Create and manage sales schedules during the sales phase balancing demand with production, procurement, engineering, logistics and capacity
- Assess manufacturability and review material requirements with manufacturing teams
- Build production and capacity scenarios including cost and financial impact based on forecasts
- Analyze risks, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate to optimize delivery plans and performance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in S&OP; in industrial machinery or project-based (ETO) environments
- Strong analytical skills with planning/analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, workflow automation)
- Experience supporting sales-phase planning including cost, capacity, and scenario analyses
- Understanding of capacity and resource planning across engineering and production
- English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Engineering background considered advantageous
- Structured and proactive mindset
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to communicate insights to influence decisions
