Overview
In this role you will support SAP transformation projects for public sector clients within the Enterprise Platform Team. You will guide project governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, helping to ensure successful go-lives and quality deliverables. You work closely with cross-functional SAP teams and client stakeholders to coordinate and document project activities. Responsabilità
- Prepare and update the project plan, tracking progress, milestones, and effort
- Manage risk, issue, and decision log; follow actions through to closure
- Produce progress reports and materials for status updates and project committees
- Coordinate operationally between functional/technical SAP teams and client contacts
- Support change request management and client reporting, with formal public sector documentation
- Organise test and cutover planning and monitor readiness for go-live
- Document project artifacts and contribute to deliverable quality checks
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid experience as PMO or project analyst on SAP implementation projects
- Understanding of SAP project lifecycle and SAP Activate
- Overview knowledge of main SAP modules and processes; no module specialization required
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Nice to have: Jira or SAP Cloud ALM
- Preferably with PRINCE2 or PMP certification and public sector project experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to interface with key users and IT contacts
- Good English; team-oriented; willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
