Testing Site - JPMC in Milan is seeking an Operations Manager for the Document & Business Solutions team. You will lead DBS operations at the Milan campus, overseeing Employee Document Services, Logistics and Warehousing, Transportation, Supply & Merchandise, including mail, print, and scanning activities.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, develop on-site teams, and collaborate with regional and global DBS stakeholders to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs.
