/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO **** and business objectives /liliEnsure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions /liliLead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies /liliMonitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives /liliOversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions /liliManage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits /liliEnsure control of processes, documentation,
and product quality from incoming materials to final release /liliPromote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /liliLead, coach, and develop the Quality team /li /ulh3Requisiti: /h3pA successful Quality Plant Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experienceSignificant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of ISO **** and Quality Management SystemsExperience in leading audits and managing certification processesSolid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologiesProven leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with statistical tools and quality methodologiesProficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systemsEnglish proficiency: B2/C1 level /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
