Senior Firmware Engineer

We are seeking a curious, passionate and results-driven Senior Firmware Engineer to design and develop high-impact embedded firmware for smart pumps and fans, helping make industrial systems more efficient and sustainable.
Required: 5+ years of embedded firmware development in C; deep knowledge of Free RTOS and multi-threaded programming; experience with at least one industrial protocol (Modbus/Profibus/CANopen); understanding of pump/motor control systems; low-level debugging and real-time problem-solving; optimization for constrained memory; ability to read technical inverter datasheets.
We offer a permanent contract (€45,000 – €55,000 depending on experience and level) + premio, 2 days per week remote work, free company canteen, a company Mac Book and a clear career plan.
