Cerchiamo una figura con una forte impronta tecnica e operativa, capace di guidare il team non solo da un punto di vista organizzativo, ma anche contribuendo direttamente alle attività sul campo quando necessario. La posizione richiede un solido background tecnico, preferibilmente in ambito meccanico, manutentivo o service, oltre a esperienza nelle installazioni hardware e nella gestione di attività operative complesse. **Cosa Farai** + Guidare, coordinare e sviluppare un team di tecnici operativi sul territorio, fornendo supporto e indirizzo nelle attività quotidiane. + Coordinare e supervisionare le installazioni hardware, gli interventi di manutenzione e le attività di assistenza tecnica presso le sedi dei clienti. + Adottare un approccio pratico e operativo, supportando direttamente sul campo le attività di installazione e assistenza quando necessario. + Pianificare e definire le priorità del team per garantire una copertura efficace del territorio e un elevato livello di servizio. + Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con clienti, fornitori e stakeholder interni, assicurando il successo delle attività e dei progetti assegnati. + Analizzare e risolvere problematiche tecniche e operative, identificandone le cause principali e implementando azioni correttive efficaci. + Promuovere una cultura orientata alla sicurezza, alla qualità, al miglioramento continuo e all'eccellenza operativa. **Cosa Cerchiamo** + Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di team tecnici operativi sul territorio o di attività di assistenza e service in contesti pratici e dinamici. + Solido background tecnico, con esperienza diretta in installazioni hardware, manutenzione o attività di assistenza sul campo. + Mentalità operativa e disponibilità a lavorare a fianco del team, supportando direttamente le installazioni e le attività tecniche quando necessario. + Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione,
con attitudine a gestire priorità diverse in un contesto operativo in rapida evoluzione. + Esperienza nella gestione di rapporti con clienti e stakeholder, con forte orientamento al servizio e alla soddisfazione del cliente. + Eccellenti capacità di problem-solving e abilità nel prendere decisioni efficaci direttamente sul campo. + Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente, con presenza sul territorio fino a 5 giorni alla settimana e occasionali trasferte internazionali.
