Overview
As SAP Manager, you will lead and optimize our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud-based financial processes to support rapid product launches and scale. You’ll act as the functional anchor for a robust, compliant financial architecture, ensuring smooth closes and trustworthy data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and an external partner to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role at a fast-growing fintech with a mission to simplify finance for millions.

Responsabilità
- Serve as SME for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across GL, AA, AR, AP, Treasury and CO
- Oversee month-end and year-end closes and consolidation requirements
- Manage Master Data and Business Partner governance for data quality and consistency
- Drive MM integration with FI/CO and optimize procurement and invoicing workflows
- Collaborate on agile product launches and scale SAP to support rapid growth
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement with automated, scalable SAP solutions
- Partner with internal teams and external implementation partner to translate requirements into technical specs
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of hands-on functional SAP ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Deep knowledge of GL, AA, AR, AP, Treasury and CO
- Experience with financial close processes in SAP
- Advanced BP architecture and master data management, cross-module integration with MM
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
