Overview
In this role you will contribute to digital learning initiatives within KPMG Advisory Milan, leading end-to-end design and delivery of e-learning programs for national and international clients. You will work on transforming learning experiences through multimedia content, platforms, and data-driven monitoring, collaborating with top management and cross-functional teams. The position offers opportunities to shape knowledge management solutions and innovative learning products in a dynamic, inclusive environment. You will be part of a fast-growing Digital Learning & Development team driving meaningful client impact.

Responsabilità
- Analyze client needs and manage the full delivery process of training projects
- Design and implement digital training programs with engaging content and change management
- Create multimedia content (videos, presentations, tutorials,
newsletters, manuals, virtual classrooms)
- Customize content and delivery platforms per client requirements
- Research and explore innovative e-learning solutions and products
- Manage online and classroom training using established platforms
- Analyze training-related data and create progress reporting mechanisms
- Provide tutoring and assistance during training delivery on various platforms or in-classroom settings
Requisiti fondamentali
- Moodle administrator experience
- Understanding of instructional design and multimedia development for e-learning
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva)
- Familiarity with SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong English language proficiency (study/work abroad preferred)
- Passion for HR topics and training
- Curiosity and proactivity
- Flexibility and deadline-oriented approach
- Moodle (admin)

- Articulate 360
