Responsabilità
- Identify and implement automation solutions to optimize financial workflows
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for routine task automation
- Support new projects by ensuring alignment with tax, accounting, and treasury guidelines
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to optimize treasury processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Tech and Data to streamline workflows
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or tech-driven process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Solid experience with Python and scripting for data manipulation, automation, or API integrations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial process workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
