IT Factory Performance Engineer
Overview
In this role you will translate IT delivery data into actionable insights to accelerate decision-making and speed. You’ll work within the IT Factory to govern delivery, define KPIs, and steward GenAI pilots across complex tech layers. The position focuses on turning data into dashboards, trends, and risks that inform cross-functional choices with suppliers and internal teams. You will contribute to measurable value through GenAI-enabled improvements in analysis, development, testing, and knowledge management. This is a chance to shape data-driven delivery at Costa’s Genoa IT factory and partner ecosystem.

Responsabilità
- Create dashboards and scorecards to track predictability, lead time, quality, cost, capacity, and supplier performance.
- Define shared KPIs, baselines, and data-quality rules with factory leads and suppliers.
- Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases across the software development lifecycle and measure their value.
- Design prompts, templates,
and reusable agents; coordinate pilots with teams and vendors.
- Document KPI logic, data sources, use cases, and decisions; prepare management reporting.
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of experience in IT delivery analysis, PMO, performance management, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.
- Proficiency with reporting/collaboration tools (Excel, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint or equivalents).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, delivery governance, testing, and multi-vendor operating models.
- Working knowledge of modern application stack (Java/Spring, REST, SQL, cloud, CI/CD, automated testing).
- Experience with external technology suppliers in a multi-vendor environment (advantage).
- Genuine interest in GenAI applied to software engineering and knowledge management.
- Excellent written/spoken English and Italian; strong collaboration across stakeholders.
