Global Contract Segment Specialist
Overview
In this role you support the Contract Management function for the Transformer Segment on a global scale. You guide end-to-end contract lifecycle activities and ensure adherence to company procedures. You’ll negotiate contracts and settlements, assess risk in commercial terms, and collaborate with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Sales and Supply Chain across geographies. The position offers exposure to large, complex projects and a multinational, cross-functional environment, with meaningful impact on contract strategy.

Responsabilità
- Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle support
- Ensure contract portfolio compliance with standard procedures
- Conduct contract and claims negotiations and settlements
- Review commercial tender terms and identify opportunities and risks
- Negotiate contracts and resolve ambiguities or conflicts
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in law
- Minimum 10 years in contract management, legal, or related field
- Experience supporting contractual execution of large, complex projects
- Strong negotiation, with influence over customers and senior management
- Solid experience in contract negotiation, claims management, change management, and dispute resolution
- Experience in multicultural environments and intercultural awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel globally ~30-40%
