Wafer & Package Test Engineer for Power Devices
STMicroelectronics in Sicily, Italy, seeks an engineer to plan, execute, surveil, and report on package/wafer level tests for Electrical Wafer Sorting/Final Test of reliability-prototyped power devices. You will work on SiC, IGBT, GaN tech and bench characterization, contributing to MOSFET device-physics evaluation.
