Within the Business Control Area , we are looking for a Program Controller for our site in Cascina Costa (Varese, Italy) , who will support the financial planning, monitoring and performance control of complex programs, acting as a key business partner for Program Managers and cross-functional teams. JOB TITLE:
Program Controller ACTIVITIES The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Support program planning, budgeting and forecasting activities throughout the program lifecycle. Plan and monitor program costs, revenues and margins, ensuring consistency with business objectives. Define and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and related financial reporting structures. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions and recovery plans. Define methodologies and requirements for collec
