Senior Technical Lead
Within GOSP Generali Operations Service Platform , we are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to support our Global Digital Factory in delivering and driving the following key activities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of software products and strategic technology initiatives, being hands-on on both frontend (Flutter, modern web) and backend (Java/Spring Boot, microservices) codebases. Define and evolve solution architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards, ensuring consistency across distributed systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to squad teams, supporting critical design and implementation decisions with direct code involvement if necessary. Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement.
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational requirements, owning security by design across the full stack (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, OWASP, secure design patterns). Own security, compliance and risk assessments, as well as cloud policy and cloud adoption evaluation.
