Investment Specialist
The successful intern will support the Data Management and IT Coordination Team in the following areas, by performing the related tasks: Generali Investments Holding IT Budget Management: Oversee the management of the IT budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within budgetary constraints Prepare and present budget reports to senior management Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible IT Project List Management: Maintain and update the investment project list, ensuring all projects are accurately documented and tracked Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates and progress reports Group Reporting Management:
Manage the preparation and distribution of IT Cost and Project reports to the Group Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary data DORA TPM Management: Oversee the management of DORA TPM (Digital Operational Resilience Act
