- Support the Program Manager by translating complex business demands into fit-for-purpose solution designs, evaluating functional, architectural, and integration implications.
- Lead the solution design and option assessment activities, recommending optimal solutions across Salesforce, SAP (S/4HANA), MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures.
- Identify and assess new tools, platforms, and technologies to address emerging or unique business requirements within the Service IT landscape.
