HSE Supervisor
OverviewIn this role you will lead HSE efforts for the M Renewables team in Milan, aligning site safety with client requirements and our bespoke safety culture. You’ll implement HSE management systems to meet legal obligations, drive training, and oversee risk management across projects. You will coordinate construction-site activities, ensure accurate reporting, and navigate local regulations with leadership. This is a chance to shape safety practices across renewables projects while partnering with cross-functional teams for sustainable delivery.

Oversee project direction and ensure client specifications are metReview progress and liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor costsImplement HSE management systems to support legal obligations and our safety cultureIdentify and deliver training needs; monitor effectivenessCoordinate and supervise construction workersPrepare site reports and manage documentationManage risk management system and conduct/coordinate risk assessmentsDirect the Head Site Manager on local regulationsPerform additional duties as directed by supervisor
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years proven HSE experience in related field, preferably renewablesGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFluency in Italian and EnglishAbility to multi-task and work independentlyWorking knowledge of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to travel to project sitesexcellent communicationinterpersonal skillsability to multitaskMicrosoft OfficeOSHAS 18001ISO 14001
