Senior Project Engineer
OverviewAs a Senior Project Engineer at Wood, you coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines to deliver complex plant projects in chemical, petrochemical and energy sectors. You will lead project engineers in Milan and globally, interface with the client, and ensure technical rigor throughout FEED/EPC phases. Responsabilità
Coordinate engineering disciplines (process, piping, civil, electrical, instrumentation)
and monitor deliverables against the project scheduleSupervise and mentor project engineers in Milan and the Global Execution Center (India)Interface with client for technical matters and participate in technical project reviewsPrepare and coordinate key documents (P&IDs;, line and equipment lists, MRs) and issue technical notes and action trackingSupport HSE, procurement, subcontracting, project control, construction and estimating teams depending on project type (FEED vs EPC)Provide potential construction-site support as Senior Field Project Engineer and assist on erection implications
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in mechanical, chemical or energy engineeringProven experience in a similar roleSelf-motivated with proactive mindset and strong communicationAbility to coordinate medium/large engineering teams across disciplinesFluent in English and ItalianWillingness to relocate abroadSelf-motivationProactive attitudeStrong communicationMultidisciplinary engineering coordinationP&IDs; development, mechanization and updatingExperience with construction-site activities
