SAINT LAURENT Information Technology Manufacturing Manager
OverviewIn this role you will lead the Industrial Tech Team to manage and evolve manufacturing-focused business applications, aligning IT with manufacturing needs from development to ship-out. You will bridge business and tech teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. Expect oversight of applications, integrations, and governance while pushing innovative solutions to scale manufacturing processes. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with global collaboration and clear impact on efficiency and compliance.

Manage the lifecycle of manufacturing-focused business applications and related servicesPartner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective solutionsLead IT projects from design to deploymentProactively propose new solutions and innovationsManage internal teams, external vendors, and technology partnersEnsure application performance, security,
reliability and complianceDrive process optimization and digital transformation initiativesOversee integrations and data flows across enterprise systemsMonitor service levels, project progress, budgets and risksSupport testing, deployment, and change management activitiesContribute to IT governance, roadmap definition, and technology strategy
Requisiti fondamentali
Diploma of IT expert or Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineeringAt least 5 years’ experience in the roleStrong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and product development processesKnowledge of IT Applications, ERP, WMS & Production Planning SolutionsKnowledge of Stealth Platform and Logimoda is considered a plusOpen to new technologies learning and innovationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in international and cross-functional environmentsFluent in English – French would be a plusAvailability to travelStakeholder managementAnalytical thinkingCross-functional collaborationIT ApplicationsERPWMS
