LA Industrial Scanners Specialist Support Engineer
OverviewIn this role you support Level 3 Technical Support by handling complex customer escalations and developing project-specific software for logistic automation. You work as a technical bridge between customers, support teams, and development functions, growing ownership and technical autonomy. You will diagnose production issues, implement stabilizing workarounds, and contribute to tailored software adaptations. The opportunity combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration in a global context.

Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical fieldLanguages: Italian and English fluent2–5 years of experience in software development, technical support, or customer-facing engineeringSolid foundations in software development and debuggingProgramming in C and C++, plus scripting (Python, Bash) for testing/automationAbility to analyze logs, system behavior, and diagnosticsStrong cross-functional collaboration and a customer-oriented mindsetAbility to handle priority changes and time-critical situationsCross-functional collaborationCustomer-oriented attitudePragmatic problem solvingC and C++ programmingScripting in Python and BashSoftware debugging and log analysis
