Product Engineer
OverviewIn this role you will design and develop automotive products aligned with customer needs, driving feasibility analyses and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring robust technical documentation and product validation. You join the Technical Design Office to advance high-quality, innovative designs and contribute to international projects. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to influence product cost, performance, and manufacturing readiness.

Design and develop automotive products per customer specsAssess feasibility of new products and applicationsProvide technical support to customers and help solve problemsLead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teamsPrepare production drawings, specifications, tolerances, and BOMsAssist Sales with cost estimation and technical evaluationPlan design activities,
timelines, and monitor progressCollaborate with Experimental Lab, Production, and Quality teamsPrepare and manage DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF and APQP documentationCreate product presentations and participate in cross-functional international projects
Requisiti fondamentali
Engineering Degree in Mechanical8–10 years of automotive-related experienceHigh level of English (written and oral)Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processesPreferred knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion enginesExperience with 3D design software (CREO)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong negotiation, proactivity, and team-orientationnegotiationproactivityteam-orientationCREO 3D designcooling circuits for internal combustion engines (preferred)knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes
