Legal Counsel
OverviewAs Legal Counsel you will provide proactive legal support across the business, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing external counsel. You’ll work in a high-profile, international environment and partner with multiple departments to mitigate risk and enable growth. You’ll help develop policies and templates, aligning legal strategy with business objectives. Responsabilità
Draft, review and negotiate contractual documents across geographies in Italian and EnglishAdvise on corporate, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigations and sustainability issuesCoordinate with clients,
suppliers and project teams; attend meetingsManage corporate obligations with notaries and local authorities; obtain certificatesCoordinate with external lawyers for litigation with ensured cost-efficient supportDevelop and maintain procedures, matrices and policies at Technogym Group levelCreate templates and standards; maintain understanding of Group policiesAdvise on IP, competition and IT laws; support multiple teams on legal issuesDrive risk management, ensure compliance with laws and regulations; deliver high-quality work under deadlines
Requisiti fondamentali
Law Degree with full marksMember in good standing in a European Bar5-7 years of experience in corporate and contract lawStrong experience in corporate and commercial mattersExperience in managing external legal counselsStrong written and spoken Italian and EnglishPragmatic problem solving; ability to work under pressureProven track record in unstructured environments and multi-project prioritizationstrong communicationproactive and self-startingrelationship-buildingcorporate and contract lawexternal counsels managementIP, competition and IT law
