Senior Risk Engineer - Property - Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention
OverviewIn this role you perform risk assessments and on-site risk engineering surveys for the Property line, supporting both domestic and multinational clients. You will prepare and review reports with findings and mitigation recommendations to enhance risk quality and underwriting profitability. You contribute to the global strategy and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive resilience for Italy’s leading companies. The work blends technical risk expertise with cross‑functional teamwork in an international context.

Conduct on-site risk engineering surveys and desk reviews for the Property Line of Business for domestic and multinational clientsPrepare and review risk engineering reports with assessment findings and mitigation recommendationsManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the risk management journeySupport implementation of the global strategy and contribute to portfolio quality targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as required to support risk assessment activities
Requisiti fondamentali
University degree in EngineeringAt least 7 years of experience as a Property Risk Engineer within multinational organizationsProven knowledge of key NFPA fire protectionExperience in reviewing and evaluating fire protection system projectsFluency in English and ItalianAnalytical mindset, good communication and planning skillsValid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequentlyteamworkclear communicationplanningNFPA fire protection knowledgefire protection system project reviewon-site risk engineering surveys
