IT Product Manager
OverviewIn this role you drive the evolution of the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS;), a mission-critical platform powering the cruise reservation process. You partner with business, IT, and vendors to translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities, enabling B2C/B2B revenue growth and operational excellence. You operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery in a complex, international environment. You will own priorities, shape requirements, and govern end-to-end delivery to secure quality and impactful business outcomes.

Own product priorities for O&OMS; and define requirements across processes, integrations, and releasesTranslate business priorities into actionable functional and technical specificationsGovern end-to-end delivery lifecycle from discovery to adoption, coordinating internal IT, software factories,
and external vendorsEnsure scalable solutions and alignment with business impact and technology choicesLead product discussions in international, complex operating environmentsCollaborate with demand teams and corporate stakeholders to understand commercial and operational priorities
Requisiti fondamentali
7-10 years experience as IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst on complex platformsAbility to connect business impact with technology choices and align with senior stakeholdersStrong technical background in application lifecycle, system integrations, functional testing, and UAT with hands-on solution validationFluent English in international settingsExperience with cruise lines, tour operators, airline reservation systems, or O&OMS; platforms is a strong plusStrong influencing skills and experience managing external vendors and internal stakeholdersInfluencing skills and stakeholder managementClear communication with cross-functional teamsCollaborative and cross-cultural collaborationApplication lifecycle managementSystem integrationsFunctional testing
